Das erwartet dich

Your focus is our fantastic product! With a lot of passion and imagination, we transform together colors and ceramics into an accessory that delights and inspires our customers to take a varied table presentation home.

In your position, you will assist our Store Manager*in with the following tasks:
  • You work in direct customer contact and fascinate our customers with our product
  • You are responsible for the daily operations, including sales- and budget-responsibility
  • You motivate, support and lead your team 
  • You are the best salesperson yourself and lead by example 
  • You are responsible for the optimal scheduling of your team
  • You take over the goods management for the store

Das bringst du idealerweise mit

  • Your are interested in design and interior decoration
  • You already have experience with ceramics and home accessories (an advantage). In any case, you will receive an introduction to the Motel a Miio concept and range
  • You have a strong sense of service orientation as well as excellent interpersonal skills combined with an open personality
  • You enjoy working with high quality products
  • You are characterized by the ability to work in a team, a forward-looking way of thinking and initiative
  • You have good IT/MS Office skills and are fluent in speaking and writing English
