Senior Graphic- & Visual Communication Designer (m/w/d)

  • You take on project management within our graphic design department and ensure smooth internal workflows
  • You provide professional leadership to the team, coordinate tasks, and take responsibility for design processes and their quality assurance
  • You conceptualize and create creative, cohesive layouts for our brand appearance
  • You develop strong design ideas and visual concepts
  • You handle a wide range of tasks – from social media content to newsletters and printed materials
  • You are part of our creative team and work closely with the marketing department
  • You oversee external production processes – from programming to the final print product

Your profile

  • You hold a degree in Communication Design or a comparable qualification
  • You have initial to several years of hands-on experience as a graphic designer – ideally including leadership experience
  • You present a portfolio that clearly reflects your individual style and design expertise
  • You have solid skills in standard design software (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
  • You have an excellent eye for design, typography, and contemporary, aesthetic layouts
  • You bring experience in the development and management of brand projects
  • You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner
  • You are fluent in both German and English, spoken and written
