We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager (m/f/d) to support our team in Milan.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day business, including sales and budget responsibility
You are responsible for leading the team, you are your own best salesperson and lead by example
You plan the shifts and lead the team on site
You are responsible for the merchandising management of the store

Your profile

You are interested in interior design and decoration
You already have work experience in the Retail industry (at least 3 years)
You have a strong sense of service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills combined with an open personality
You already have experience in ceramics and home accessories (a plus), but of course you will receive an introduction to the Motel brand and products at Miio
You are fluent in Italian and English
