As a Manager Graphic Design (m/f/d) at Motel a Miio, you will spearhead the visual execution of creative campaigns and performance marketing concepts across online and offline channels. This role blends graphic design with strategic thinking, enabling you to craft compelling designs that elevate brand identity and enhance customer experience. Working in a diverse team, you’ll ensure high-quality outputs, seamless workflows and a consistent brand presence while staying ahead of market trends and fostering innovation.
- Lead the visual implementation of marketing concepts and creative campaigns, ensuring high cross-media effectiveness and seamless graphic services across all online and offline channels
- Oversee the creation, artistic direction and quality control of a diverse range of marketing materials, including UI design, motion design and print assets such as flyers, brochures, print ads, catalogs and posters
- Ensure smooth production workflows and timely execution of all creative projects
- Develop new creative processes and support the digital transformation of the creative department
- Maintain a cohesive brand presence across all on- and offline channels
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to stay ahead of market trends
- Further develop the corporate identity to align with evolving brand goals
- Lead and manage a large marketing graphic design team, fostering creativity and collaboration
- Report directly to the Head of Art Direction
